Story :
About a boy named David who just moved to a boarding house, just for healing his broken heart—and run away from his life a little. His girlfriend dumped him, his dream crashed, his mother depressed. In the first day, terrors come to his house and he found something related with previous tenant. He searching for a clues and hints and found that previous tenant shared same destiny with him.
Subjective Review :
Terror start on the first night right after David moved in. After hearing some noise, he check up inside and found the bloody message in the wall.

After that he found a note and address to Hotel Ruhenheim and meet SISSY.

In the Hotel, another address was found. It's directly goes to Julius Stone Law School and meet a rough boy : D.

D doesn't have any connection with The Crooked Man, but D who never graduate from law school maybe represent The Crooked Man's depression and David's depression about not graduate in flight school.

In that school, David found note addressed to Central Hospital and meet Fluffy, a lost kid who separate with his mother.

David want to help that kid, and he just remember his mother. Yes, his mother was mentally ill after he dropped out from flight school, and David decide to move out and left his mother alone.

In this hospital, David feel hesitate, and Paul (David's friend) finally take a place to be main character in this game. He have to decide to persuade David or not.

Last destination, David found a bloody key to open The Crooked Man's House. In this place, David know about The Crooked Man, who has origin name Duke and his life which similar with David's. The final battle takes place in Duke's house and after beat Duke, David have to go the attic to release Duke's body from pain.

P.S : This is just my opinion, but Sissy, D and Fluffy are not their real names.
I love the way Uri built up the story. Everything clear and easy to understand. And David, oh my god. He is good at faking things. Faking his feeling, faking his life, and such. When I heard that The Crooked man was a part of The Strange Men series, I looking forward the other series too. (I heard The Crooked Man was the first part from five)
