This walkthrough is pretty short and straightforward. It can help you to find the Good ending.

Go to 2F Hallway, examine the door
Cutscene
Go to 2F Principal Room, examine the altar
Look for three kakashi dolls in the principal room
Attempt to go out
Event
Go to 2F women bathroom, examine the second door
Go to 3F staff room
Cutscene
Observe the staff's tables to obtain info
Go to 3-B, examine teacher's desk to obtain pliers
Open the wired door in 2F women bathroom, obtain Green Kakashi doll
Placed green kakashi doll on Altar in 2F Principal room, obtain 2-A key
Go to 2-A, examine locker to obtain small key
Go to top floor and use small key to open small locker, obtain Utility knife
Event
Go to 3F staff rom, open cardbox to obtain 3-A key
Go to 3-A, obtain Red Kakashi doll
Place red kakashi doll on Altar in 2F Principal room, obtain 3-C key
Go to 3-C, open the carbox to obtain Blue Kakashi doll
Event
Place blue kakashi doll on Altar in 2F Principal room
Final Event

There are some endings here, but in order to get Good Ending (just like a true ending), you have to answer some questions with these :

Question 1, in bathroom, cutscene after obtain green kakashi doll, choose Apply the band aid (-1 band aid)
Question 2, in 2-A classroom, cutscene after obtain red kakashi doll, choose it's suit you
Question 3, after the Question 2, choose I'm sorry
Question 4, after obtain blue kakashi doll and hid in the locker, choose hold her hand

If you're not choose them, you will get normal ending
